Sample Sunday

You know how you buy makeup or beauty products and you get samples? Then you are so excited about them and you cant wait to try them, but then they pile up or get old before you use them and they just go to waste. Well I decided I wanted utilize them and do a weekly post called sample sundays. Sometimes the samples are very small so I will just be giving my first impression review on those. 

                OH SO MANY SAMPLES TO DECIDE FROM :)

I am starting off with the "Korres Greek Yoghurt Advanced Nourishing Sleeping Facial" I have used this about 5 times in 2 weeks. This was a generous sample so I was able to test it out for awhile. I found my skin to be a bit brighter when I would wake up in the morning and I would look like my skin was refreshed. I didn't notice it help my dry skin though. My face was still dry and patchy in certain places. Overall I would recommend this for dry skin, but if you have extremely dry skin like mine don't expect it to drastically improve the moisture of your skin :)

Next up is "OleHenriksen ultimate lift eye gel".  I have been using this product for 3 weeks now. I apply it under my eyes and under the brow bone. My eyes looked so much better while I was using this. When applying makeup I noticed the lines were less noticeable. Without makeup on my eyes looked refreshed & wide awake. I would for sure recommend this if your looking to try out another product. It is for all skin types and is anti-aging. 

I love my "Estee Lauder Idealist" I got this sample, but I happen to own a big bottle of it. This is used as a pore minimizing treatment that you put on after you moisturize your skin, and before you put on foundation. I love the smell of it. It is so refreshing. Reminds me of cucumber and lemons. My makeup and pores always look much better when I use this product. 

Next up is "Mi Corazon by Oscar de la Renta" Unfortunately this was a fail for me. It was to strong, and it is the type of perfume you can almost taste on the tip of your tongue. It reminds me of something my grandma would have, so maybe it would be popular for the cute older ladies :)

I thought I would add a Coffee product to this. "Gevalia Kaffe, House Blend in Medium/Dark" We were sent a sample in the mail. My husband is the coffee drinker of the family so I had him try it. He likes his coffee black and strong. He said this coffee was easy to drink, but didn't have much kick to it. He would buy it again if it was cheap enough.

Wet n Wild Spring

                                            

Just quick post today.  I was out and about the other day, & was shopping in little country grocery store. I came across these two Wet & Wild nail polishes and loved the colors. I thought they would be perfect for spring.  At 2 bucks total I figured I couldn't go wrong. This polish was so easy to apply,  it hasn't chipped or cracked yet, & went on smooth.  I am excited for spring and warmer weather and these polishes just made my week. Just wanted to do a quick review on some fishing pontoon boats. I won't even try to hide how wonderful these boats are. My husband and I have got so many wonderful memories out of these boats already. They move around so nicely, and the boats with out the huge metal frames can be picked up and moved by anyone over the age of 16(including me.lol). They are so worth the money you spend. His policy's make it so you will Never regret buying the boat. Even if you are looking to buy one for your wife(or husband) so they can sit in the water and enjoy a little reading. I have a motor attached to mine which makes getting around SUPER easy. If I were you I would just check out the link below and see what your missing out on!

Fishpond Gore Range Tech Pack~

Just wanted to post quickly about an item that saved me for the Horrific hip pack I use to wear while fishing! It is the: FISHPOND GORE RANGE TECH PACK (Cottonwood)...  There is tons of off brand vests that will work great for people, but I wouldn't give up my Fishpond pack for anything. It makes fishing so much more comfortable and convenient then when using the hip packs. Maybe it is a girl thing, but those hip packs drove me Crazy! With the fishpond vest it makes it easy to get new line, fly's, chap stick, sunblock, water, or anything your heart desires. It is pricey for a vest, but in my mind it was totally worth the money. WELL totally worth the money my husband spent, since it was a gift after all :)  SO Fishpond= A+ in my mind ...

Hello Ladies and Men~  Today I wanted to talk about one of the best purchases I have made in awhile. It is the 'Michael Kors Women's Chronograph White Horn Acetate Bracelet(Watch) 37mm MK5625'. This watch is so much Fun.  It is high on the price scale, but it will be worth every penny with the use you get out of it. I was originally going to get a Rose Gold watch, but this White Horn is so beautiful and can go with virtually everything you wear. From total casual to formal dress. The only time I didn't wear the watch was in Disney Land, and that was just because I didn't want to lose it. I believe most of Michael Kors watches come with a warranty as well. So if you are looking for the perfect accessory that can last a lifetime then for sure check out the Michael Kors watches. I got mine at Macy's, but I have seen them at Nordstom, and Nordstrom Rack as well. Have fun shopping. (FYI Ladies, If your men like watches there are some Hot ones for guys also)
