It is Day 1 of a new adventure in my life. The adventure is to change my outlook on what is good for me and what isn't. I have made horrible choices when it comes to what food I eat and how much of it I eat. Im starting a blog today so I can try to improve my eating habits and workout habits :) So far I walked on my 15 minute break at work and it at least energized me enough to keep me awake and stay busy at work. Its now lunch time and Im thinking a salad with Chicken from Harmons sounds Great! See you Soon
Well I ended up going to the gym after work and did 60 Minutes of Cardio Jam :) Cooled down and went home to shower and relax for the night.
